Frequently Asked Questions

I come to you! Your Airbnb, your backyard, your living room, a rental, a hotel suite, a park with a permit, you name it. If there's floor space and a little room to move, we're in business. In town for a wedding or a girls' weekend? This is exactly my thing.

Six is the sweet spot, but I can comfortably teach up to 12 if everyone wants attention.
If your group wants my full, hands-on, undivided attention, keep it around 4 to 6 — the smaller the group, the more personal cueing everyone gets.
Bigger groups lean into flow, energy, and fun, and still leave you feeling it the next day

I can run this as a real, sweat-a-little workout or a laughing-the-whole-time good time — and honestly, it's usually both. You tell me the vibe ahead of time (there's a quick form after you book) and I'll match it.
That being said- a good attitude is required.

Of course not. I’ll meet you where you’re at. If you can get through a 30/45 minute walk, you can get through a class. I teach to the bodies in the room. I can make a class challenging for multi-generational groups, so don’t be concerned about the group not all being of the same fitness levels.
If you have an injury that would prevent you from doing Pilates, disclose this prior to class. -
Enough clear floor for everyone to lie down and stretch their arms out without whacking a neighbor — roughly a mat-and-a-half of room per person. Flat ground, indoors or out. I'll ask about your space when you book so we can plan around it, no guesswork on your end.
We can get cozy, but we need to be reasonable. Reach out if you’re unsure. -
Comfortable clothes you can actually move in and a water bottle — that's the whole list. Barefoot or grippy socks are ideal (regular socks turn into a slip-n-slide).
No shoes needed, no shoes allowed on rental mats.

Your choice! I can mix something up for us, or you can curate your own playlist. I’ll bring great speakers and my loud voice.

Just reach out to us on our business line. Most requests can be handled.

Both. If you and your people want a standing weekly thing — think book club, but make it Pilates — I offer 4-week and 8-week series at a per-session discount. Perfect for a friend group that actually wants to build the habit together.

Pilates is my specialty and what I'll happily put my name on. If your group's dreaming up something else, ask me — I'll tell you honestly whether it's in my wheelhouse or point you toward someone better. No ego here.

Life happens. Reschedule for free up to 7 days before your session. Inside 48 hours, sessions are non-refundable — but I'll always work with you to find a new date.
